Set in the West
I have been thinking to buy a Bachmann Train set but use my Hornby locos. The track type is the original Bachmann and not the Branch-Line brand tracks. If anyone has done this and knows if this works or not, let me know! M. Matthews
Can't see any problems with that. The Bachmann track that I have still has Hornby catalogue numbers on it somehow.
JJ73
OO track it OO track - I've got a mixture of Hornby / Lima / Airfix & I think Bachmann track!!! All seems to work together 🙂🚂🚂🚂
Set in the West
Alright, thank you! That's all I need, and you guys didnt use the Bachmann Branch-Line Tracks?
morairamike
You have to make sure that the track is the same code. Usual is code 100 but code 75 is also out there. You can buy an adaptor so you can join code 100 to code 75 by using a Peco SL113 section.
DBfan
Most major manufacturers ie Hornby, Bachmann and Peco set track is code
