Pedro48
On 5-1-2022 I purchased the Pro upgrade through the Railmaster program but have not yet received the Activation Code. The payment was processed by my bank on 6-2-2022 but still no Activation Code. The program states that I would receive the Activation Code within 48 hours.I have sent emails to support@rail-master.com but have not received a reply, there appears to be no support from Railmaster at all.How do I obtain the Activation Code, I am in Australia and this is very frustrating.Any help would be appreciated. 96RAF
Normally we would suggest an ISP problem but as your payment has gone through this means RM is talking to the rest of the world OK. We often see overseas members having problems contacting HRMS.Not wishing to teach granny to suck eggs, etc but have you checked your junk-spam mail folder. Pedro48
Thank you 96RAF, I checked my junk mail but there was nothing in it. I checked my spam folder and it was in there, I will now try to activate it now.Thank you again, I will remember this action.

Chrissaf
I suggest [if you haven't done it already] that you log into your ISP webmail interface for your mail account and add the originating mail address 'domain' of the PRO license mail to your "safe sender list".I assume that the originating domain will be @rail-master.com
96RAF
Good to hear Pedro.I took the liberty of contacting HRMS about this and they replied almost immediately proving they are alive and well in support of RM.They said they are working to see why some ISPs - in particular Telstra- occasionally block their comms and asked for you to check your junk and spam folders and also added this which may be of use to others having simillar problems ...A tip that we have provided in respect of some Australian users who cannot access our servers (assuming it is definitely not an antivirus or firewall-blocking issue on their PC - sometimes it is just that) is to use their smartphone as a WiFi hotspot with its own data connection (not using their home WiFi to effect the Internet connection) and it goes through. Pedro48
Thank you both for your advice, I have included support@rail-master.com in my email address book, hopefully this will solve future emails going into spam or junk mail.Railmaster Pro is working fine and I am slowly working my way through the program. Chrissaf
Don't forget that there are lots of RM information resources in the sticky threads at the top of the forum.
