Fishmanoz
@GHU,The non-active link you have posted is just one of many items of HM | DCC documentation contained in the active link I posted at the top as the OP.Could you please also keep your discussion of manual contents in posts relevant to the specific topics too. As an example, the matters you raise in your post on mesh strength have already been discussed in great detail elsewhere. If we start discussing content from over 100 pages of manual here, it will all get lost and no one will ever find it again. Pendragon Sailing
While clearly, the main HMDCC User Manual is the place to go for full details on how these new TXS Decoders work, I’ve just been re-reading one of the smaller leaflets that come with the older TTS decoders. There’s some useful general information in them about decoders and how to use them, presented in easy to red bite-size sections. Might be worth a look. Just FYI
96RAF
Please note the decoder manual has been updated. This update reflects the next release of the decoders (v3.0), therefore until that firmware is released not all the described functionality is available. 96RAF
A new user aid has been added to the guides which is a template for importing loco images to.https://uk.hornby.com/hm7000/hm-dcc-guidesIt is interactive but needs to be opened in Adobe Illustrator (which is a paid for application) to work. See this tutorial.
96RAF
A complete set of generic images have been added to the documents area here - https://uk.hornby.com/hm7000/hm-dcc-guides Scroll down to see the listings numbered to match the sound profiles. You can select and save these images to your local machine then import them into the app against your locos.
