andys steam dayz
HiI have noticed on the last few locomotives released by Hornby the new 9f came with painted locomotive crew that looked very good was just wondering wether these could be released as a seperate item so we could purchase them to crew our locos
Brew Man
Yes, good idea. They tend to be quite expensive for decent quality ones, not that promises to be less expensive if supplied by Hormby. You can buy unpainted ones from Hornby already. I think they go for about a fiver for a driver/fireman pair.
The son of Triangman
You used to be able to obtain the standard loco crew Hornby use, the moulding dates from Tri-ang days and originally came factory painted. Catalouge number originally was R.413, as a spare part the crew came with a pair of vacumm brake pipes as part X.1400
