The potential solutions previously mentioned have been either:

• write value 8 to CV8 to reset all CVs

or

• delete decoder from app (may need to do this 3 times & force delete if decoder is completely unresponsive in app) & then re-link using decoder reset code.

I had a similar issue with some of mine the other day.I’ve got 5 hm7000 decoders fitted and all working fine last Tuesday the app connected to all 5 next day would only connect to one so had to reset cv8 to get them to operate on Dcc and they all worked and sounded fine, still bugged me no blutooth control so I unassigned the decoders from the locos deleted the decoders then re linked them I didn’t have to use any reset code.Anyway all working fine now just seemed strange for them to do that.

Is there a cv that controls the blutooth operation to turn it off or on in case it happens again without having to delete and relink the decoder?

Read Page 48 of the manual with reference to CV12.

Edit: RAF posted whilst I was busy looking up the Page number

Note that when amending CVs they may not refresh upon synch depending upon upon where the CV was changed, app or controller.

This is a known occasional glitch and it is best to check both in the app and from the Elite on a programming track read-back what the actual values are if you are having problems. A bit of a pest admitted but a definite way of confirming a change has stuck.

Often a power cycle of the decoder will put things right.
