LNER 4 and 6 wheel coaches, where to find info ?

The LNER didn't itself build 4- or 6-wheel coaches, but inherited some from its predecessors — I believe the ex-GE ones were the last survivors.

Some of Peter Paye's books on GER branch lines contain drawings of the stock used, which may in some cases include such stock.

Thank you Nimbus.

Ok Silver Fox's post disappeared ?

I had read Silver fox's helpful answer and found the book to which he referenced, but couldn't see if it had any reference to those particular ones, not sure if any local library would have that sort of thing and paying upwards of £27 was not an option especially if I am not sure its has the drawings for them.

I actually found some 3d files, but these ones have very short wheel bases for a 6 wheel, their overall length looks more appropriate for 4 wheelers to my unknowing eye.

I know Hornby did some in 00, but I don't feel confident they would be particularly accurate and again needs spending around £30.

It may be a case of making something that looks about right just as an experiment.
