Skelton Junction
Just witnessed a Mallard and a Flying Scotsman for £95 each with 1 bid each. Add the two 08s for £80 from the last couple of days and there’s four locos not making three figures on eBay.
Peachy
It’s about time the scalpers are getting hit.
Rallymatt
I am mystified as to why people ask (and some maybe pay) more than it’s available for in the Hornby shop? There are few that ‘sell’ their items only for them to reappear a few days later.. that old chestnut… As a rule of thumb I will only bid a max of 65% of new price if it’s stated NIB or 50% if it’s had any use. TugBoatTel
I still have my old TT Class31s in the loft as well as some Castles. I was amazed to see how BIG the old TT class 8 was at Margate today. It looked like an OO body put on TT running gear. My class 08 arrived yesterday, and it's tiny.... I would like to get the 31's running. Can we buy the couplings?
