I'm trying to log on to the HM DCC app on my iPhone. I'm using the same username and password I have been using on the Hornby.com website for the last 3 months. When I try to log with the APP I get the message "Invalid Credentials". Can anyone suggest what I could try to access the APP?

Something similar happened to me. I found that I had inadvertently created two Hornby accounts, one being with a very similar but incorrect email address. Once the account with the invalid email address had been deleted, I was able to use the app. Perhaps it is worth checking that you only have one Hornby account.

It’s possible that your device has saved different login credentials as RHB suggests. Have you looked in your saved iCloud Passwords to check that there aren’t two different login details saved there?
