Gundog53
I recently purchased a Railroad GWR Hall class (R3170) which is DCC Ready. Presumably it has a socket for an 8 pin plug? I would like to get a Hornby Sound Decoder to suit. A Hornby TTS model which could plug straight in would be ideal. However searching online for one has not been successful. They appear to be out of stock. Are Hornby still producing them? Can anyone suggest where to look or an alternative make/model or solution, that's not going to cost the Earth. LTSR_NSE
Hornby has stopped producing the TTS range of decoders as it is now producing the TXS (also known as HM7000) decoder range. These can produce 3 simultaneous sounds (TTS could only produce 2) and they support Bluetooth operation - in addition to regular DCC.There is a whole forum section dedicated to this new range.
