class 800 jumping track

I am just wondering if anyone that has the Hornby class 800 LNER Azuma have any problems with the carrage boggies coming of the track.

A common problem reported in the early days, cured by a variety of methods, one of which was trimming a lug off the bogie undercarriage. A forum search on Azuma may bring it up.

Hi William, welcome to the forum.

Whilst searching for historic posts on Azuma operation, a lot will depend on how the track is - laid, condition, the curve radius and power setting - stating the obvious but each aspect will contribute to stable operation.
