threelink
I have been experimenting with what I think is called "scale colour" - i.e. paler shades of paint (grey for black and so on). It's early days yet but the results are promising. Past experience with theatrical set painting taught me a few dodges that seem to work just as well at 1:76 as at 1:1 but I wondered if anyone has any experience of scale colour that they can share so that I can avoid any schoolboy howlers that might await the unwary? I shall try to post a few photos when the paint is dry on my first effort.
81F
Hi,My only experience (and not that I would have thought of calling it scale-colour) is that I never use a full gloss paint, it just doesn't look right to me.
