Green Field Railway
Hi am building my first DCC layout and I have problem with my points. I have a Hornby Accessory Decoder's wired up to PECO PL-11 Surface Mounted Point Motor's. Problem is that the points switch one way fine but when I switch them back they don't seem to have the power to turn the point back? I can hear the motor's make a short burst but they don't have the power to switch the point back??? This happens on all three Accessory Decoder's is this because Peco point motors use more power?? I have a Hornby Elite should is maybe try CV settings?
Green Field Railway
All the points are free moving :)
Rog RJ
You may have the wiring crossed. Peco use the green wire for the common connection and Hornby use the black wire as the common on point motors.
