James79
Hi. I'm thinking of sending in my flying hours passport to claim a "free" kit, but the website only shows 2 options for paying the postage; cheque or postal order? I mean.....this is 2024 not 1994....who uses either of those any more? Are those really the only two payment methods they accept for this particular offer? If so, it's a bit rubbish considering they've happily taken my debit card payment for other purchases. #baffled

What About The Bee
@James79 You have managed to post this on the Hornby forum, not the Airfix forum That said, I will suggest you contact Airfix customer service. Either by phone or email, but quicker satisfaction will be by phone. Of course you can expect to pay by card, it is frankly astonishing that a business would accept a personal cheque these days.
