iPad and railmaster connection problem

Have railmaster on PCM/elite/ IPad set up. Have found the iPad app connects fine for few mins and everything works then suddenly connection fails and the connection icon goes red. Have tried boosting wireless signal and have set static IP address on both

 

iPad and PCM to no avail. have the latest railmaster software upgrade etc. Any ideas?

Have you ensured you added RailMaster and the IP address of your device and the port to your antivirus and firewall software on your PC?

 

Do you get a message on RailMaster on your PC saying the connection is not reliable?

 

have you tried PINGing

 

your device from your PC to see what the quality of the connection is like. By the way, all of this is convered in the handheld manual.
