Robert_W Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 I have a Pannier tank that i am trying to add dcc to and am running through so problems. of course i am in america and using a digitrax chip. but the riring is the nearly the same. if anyone is able to help me please comment. i will try to get photos on to show the wiring. Fishmanoz Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 It doesn't matter what NMRA compliant decoder you use, the wiring is the same. Decoder red and black go to the pickups and grey and orange to the motor, and there must not be any connection between motor and chassis or you will fry the decoder.
