Rokerman
When you good folk out there convert to DCC, if you have a turntable you are required to remove the brass contacts from underneath the main inlet track. I have lost these contacts and am not a DCC user. I have trawled many spares sites but without success so I thought I would try this route. Thanks for your time. Blackbird
Hi Rokerman, The advise; to remove contacts was bad advise, there is a simpler solution without removing contacts. However I'm sure that many took that advise and removed them. Hopefully, someone will have retained these contacts and be able to help with supply. The alternative is to directly wire the outlet tracks to the main supply with individual selector switches.
Rokerman
Blackbird, thanks for the reply. I will try the direct wiring approach should my search for the contacts be in vain.
Blackbird
Hi Rokerman, the parts you require are S3962 (4 off). You could try Hornby direct or Abbiegails; www.hornbyspares.com.
