Handheld App support

Having experienced a problem trying to pay for the handheld app via RM (it would not process the payment without a credit card start date - something unknown down here in Gods own country), I emailed RM support from within the program and explained the

 

problem. In an hour they had replied and provided me the authorisation code, which was fairly impressive as it must have been 7.30 in the morning in the UK!
