Fishmanoz
Lights are a standard function on decoders. Forward lights are the white wire, reverse yellow and the blue the common positive.
Flashbang
Hi There are no wires on a 21 pin decoder. Does the class 411 have working lights? If so, did they work on DC or with a non sound 21 pin decoder?

Fishmanoz
If in fact the decoder is direct plug so no wires as Flashbang suggests, then take a look at http://www.brian-lambert.co.uk/DCC.html#Basic to find the pin configurations, with the light function pins being 7 and 8 and the common 16. You will need to have these connected to your lights. Exact wiring arrangements for them can also be found on that Brian Lambert site.
