HornbyRailMasterSupport Posted December 26, 2013 Share Posted December 26, 2013 Some users have experienced difficulty activating or deactivating RailMaster and sending Help Request and at least 99% of these difficulties are being caused by users not having added the program as an exception to their firewall software. Unfortunately some Internet security packages automatically block programs, do not inform the user, then make it difficult to add the program as an exception. This can cause frustration. We have looked at seven of the most popular Interent security packages available, accounting for around 90% of the market, and written a simple to follow PDF guide on exactly how to add both RailMaster and TrackMaster as full exceptions to the firewall within these programs. This guide will be available in all future RailMaster and TrackMaster setup files and instructions for more Internet security packages will be added in due course.
