Railmaster with a Reverse Loop Module

I have run my layout with the Select controller and a Reverse Loop Module installed for a while, and have recently upgraded to the Elink and Railmaster combination. I have Railmaster set up and working, however when I try and run locomotives over the isolated

 

section the track short circuits. I have tried switching the reverse loop module between the options of Select and Elite, however it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

I would have thought it should operate as you describe using the Elite setting. But as it doesn't, try emailing RM Support from within the Help window of RM and see wha they have to say. They are very responsive and helpful.
