Landyern Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I have just purchased this and when loading onto a laptop running XP it loads and when the program starts searching for the Elite com port it crashes and the lap top re starts? This is even before I can activate it, I have downloaded the latest software exe as mentioned above but it is still the same. All help appreciated. Regards. And GarH's post, copy your log.txt file as instructed and email it to support@rail-master.com and tell them about your problem. They are very responsive and should sort you out.
