man4805star
Is there any decoders that when pulling up gradiants that increases power to the motor so it dose not slow down .As mine even with only three coaches up a one in 40"gradiant start to slow down i would guess 25%. I only have some fitted with bachmann 36550 decoders
Michael_A
Are you using back EMF decoders, and, if so, do you have it enabled in the CV settings? (61 I think)
Fishmanoz
Default is to have back EMF enabled with an option on its cutout value. For those who aren't sure what language we are speaking, back EMF is supposed to keep constant speed under increasing load on the motor. But it won't work over a very high load like on an incline, it can only do so much. Using a higher current decoder like Sapphire may help a little.
