No response to customer care emails

i have now sent three emails to customer care regardimg issues with track master dropping back to an evaluation version after the latest update and also wanting to purchase the pro upgrade to rail master.  been a week now and no response :(

Email support@rail-master.com. For a start, they know the answers to your questions, unlike HCC in these instances, and they are very responsive.
