I put the 8 pin decoder into the socket on my Arriva Class 67 Locomotive, but now the lights do not change when changing direction. So the Front lights stay White when going backwards and the Rear Lights stay Red when they should change to White!! Yet when I run it analogue the lights change with the direction of the loco. Augustus Caesar Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 When you check the decoder for correct insertion also make sure the contacts are aligned correctly for the lights... I have had one that did the same thing to me until I checked that and two contacts were out of alignment so upon correction they all worked normally.
