Hinchsters
Hi guys, Finally installed Railmaster and got it up and running.I'm just in the process of setting up the trackplan and as part of that adding the crossovers and points. My question is, can Railmaster use Accessory Decoders that have already been configured with individual port numbers using the Elite or do they need to be reconfigured using Railmaster? Can't seem to find anything in the manual to say one way or the other. Cheers!! Duncan
RDS
Hi DuncanRailMaster can use Decoders that were set up in the Elite. I have some ESU Switchpilot Point Decoders that I set up on my Elite but then used the id information for them in RailMaster and they can now be operated from RailMaster
Hinchsters
OK great. Many thanks for the response. I presume you just need to tell Railmaster the port number for each decoder? Cheers Duncan
RDS
Yes, that's right. It would be really clever if it could work that out for itself!

Fishmanoz
I think you only need to tell/setup RM with point numbers to match your already programmed decoder ports and you should be up and running Once your wiring is done.
