Flathead is a favourite though, a fish that not surprisingly has a flattened head but still a rounded cross section long and relatively thin body. Graskie Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 Yes, when we eat fish and chips out nowadays, the type of fish is not specified and you do sometimes wonder what on earth you're eating.
