MG Writer
I came across an obscure Japanese 1:24 scale resin kit of the MG RV8 which is now unobtainable... An Airfix kit would go down well in Japan!
MG Writer
... Also a 1:43 resin model by Dutch company "Neo" and 1:43 and 1:20 white metal built & kits from RAE Models. So there is some precedent...

MG Writer 2
Just been playing with my real one and musing again how I would love a scale model kit of it to build./media/tinymce_upload/ea7181b817bf22b69936e273d965a9a2.JPG
MG Writer 2
I was chatting to a friend who also has one of these cars and knowing that about twenty years ago I commissioned some hand built models in larger scale of the MGB GT V8, he was asking if anyone would consider doing the MG RV8 too in a larger scale (say 1:24 or bigger). Seeing as how these cars are now possible to import into the USA, under that country’s 25 year rule, and Americans like model kits, it made me wonder... there I go dreaming again...
