e_link falure

Recommended Posts

This indicates that the USB device isn't fully recgnised.  Although the eLink has short circuit protection built in, if a surge occurred (i.e. power was fed back to the eLink) then it may be damaged.  Power everything down, then back up, connect the eLink and if still not recognised try uninstalling and deleting the driver, disconnecting the eLink USB cable, plugging it back in to a different USB port and see what happens.  If it still doesn't work, see if it will be recognised on another PC.  If not, contact Customer Service as you may have a damaged eLink.

Alsared, code 43, is when windows fails to recognise something. Go online, type Elink  malfunction code 43, and follow th u tube step by step solution. Do this before you go down the return road, as it will fix the problem, if the fault is not in the Elink. john
