Ozexpatriate
Has anyone experimented with the wishlist in the forum user profile space? (I am not talking about the "Wishlists" section of the forum.) It's early days for this forum and perhaps this is intended as a future enhancement, but it's not clear how this information can be shared, except apparently by email. When you click on a username in the forums, the wishlist information is not presented. Additionally, on the forum main page: https://www.hornby.com/forums/">https://www.hornby.com/forums/ there is a link to "add a comment" about what you would like to see in the range. This is a link to the normal customer care page. I wonder if this will be updated to a separate new product request - rather like the marketing questionaire in the old forum.___________________________________Modelling steam in the west country circa 1930: GWR, SR (ex-LSWR) and S&DJR
Ozexpatriate
On further reflection, I think I get it now! I was misinterpreting the intent. (For each list there is a counter for the number of products in the list and is currently null.) The wishlists are intended to be a place where people identify the Hornby products they would like to own, and then email the list to Mum and Dad, granny and uncle Bob as a birthday/Christmas/whatever list. The mechanism to select products and add them to the list does not appear to be functional yet.___________________________________Modelling steam in the west country circa 1930: GWR, SR (ex-LSWR) and S&DJR
