Something I'd like to see in 2020 Would be a b-24d liberator with maybe U.S markings  And RAF coastal command markings and maybe some crew with it?

There would be sales for years ?  from an F35 B in 1/48 please. Not sure if the MOD would allow one to be 'scanned' yet??and as previously mentioned by another reader an HMS Q. E. / P.o.W. =  sales for 50 years ! Long time to recoup the investment! 

 

I wonder if the TSR 2 toolings were destroyed by the 'know nothings' that owned Hornby not so long ago ? And nearly reduced Simon Kohler to tears ; not to mention myself as well. Love to see both scales reissued. Have you seen the prices on fleabay? 

There may be a new tooling of a Vulcan ? 

Not sure why Simon has not agreed to an N Gauge Class 800 and beat Kato to it ? Sorry I know that's in the wrong forum.

1/72 & 1/48 RAF PBY 5 A Catalina.New tooling.

1/48 Buccaneer

Next year = 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 deserves some attention surely? 

I suspect 2019 is long since cut & dried ? Should we not be asking for 2020 releases?

In addition to previous posts ; Dear Airfix Santa Claus : 1/48 F35 B for the aeroplane makers and a 1/700 Q E class aircraft carrier for the ship builders.  The F 35 would go down a storm! Reissue the B29 and TSR2 both scales and reissue the Valiant please. A new tooled B29 is probably pushing it?  .....with RAF decals as a Washington. Sorry and reissue the Sea Vixen 1/48 and new Buccaneer 1/48 too.

're the V Bombers and TSR2s - you only have to look at the prices on auction sites to see the market is there?

 

However as this is late August I guess the Airfix 'Gods' have made their decisions?

You will all have seen the prices achieved on a certain auction site for some Airfix kits of well known aircraft. Why don't Airfix cash in on this & undercut those prices & boost profits by reissuing the 1/48 & 1/72 TSR2 ; 1/48 Javelin? ; 1/48 Sea Vixen ; 1/72 Vickers Valiant. The demand is there still surely?
