[ARC Pro Shorting Issues]

I recently had this issue. Out of nowhere the power base is detecting a short. I disconnect the power base from the entire track, plug it in and after a few seconds the led flashed red. I re-connected my wired, digital control base and that works fine. Can these be serviced? who would I call?

[ARC App Device Compatibility]

Just so you fellas know, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8S and the app and Arc Pro Base worked on it. I just got a new Dell laptop that has Bluetooth 4.0 I am going to try that next.
