Since you're re-tooling the classics.....

I would second these as there is no good Buccaneer out there unless you are willing to shell out for the Czech Master Resin kit. The Revell (1973 Matchbox) is OK but has no build options (only RAF with bulged bomb doors, closed doors only and no pylons). The last Airfix boxing can still be found in second hand stalls but is a mix of an old kit with raised panel lines and an added ordnance sprue so could do with a refresh with both Fleet Air Arm and RAF options (Red Beard and WE177 payloads perhaps) and maybe options for Mk1 and 2 variants.

Jaguar is less likely while the Italeri kit is readily available as this is a pretty good tooling but needs some work if modelled in flight and with airbrakes closed.

HobbyBoss just released a series of Jaguars in 1/72 as well. These are reportedly better than the Italeri kit but also substantially more expensive.
