tonytucks Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 Hi folks,Just wonder if anyone can help as i joined the airfix club in august and have not yet received any membership pack,also i have posted on here and e mailed the company to aks about this but no one has bothered to reply,i find this a bit annoying as i have also put in a spares request a good while ago but have not heard nothing on this either,surely customer service cannot be this bad? I am sorry to hear you’ve encountered a problem with your Club membership but if you contact the Club directly I am sure they’ll be able to resolve the situation.
