Can't tell you about the year that Hornby released 4-4-0 Schools Class 'ST. LAWRENCE' locomotive 934 in S.R. olive green cos I don't know but I can tell you a bit of hostory  / info on the about the 'School' class...

Built 1930 - 1935

Inservice 1930 - 1962

Boiler pressure 220lb/sq in

Weight 109 1/2 tons

Max Speed 95 MPH

Numbers built (all forms) 40

The name Uppingham (No. 923) was apparently dropped b/c the school's headmaster objected. The Loco was renamedBradfield!!!

All above Info from the G. B. L. C. Mag which is a "Part-Works" mag which I got back in 2014 - here is a link to it if you want to see my review of it :-

Olive Green was indroduced in 1938, the new O. G. Livery was similar in layout & numbering style to the Malachite Green Livery!!!!

Thank You

JJ
