New unrebuilt merchant navy livery

Would it be possible to add a new livery to the unrebuilt merchant navy as hornby do several versions of the unrebuilt merchant navy I would like the livery of blue with red stripes on also known as the experimental purple livery that would give the navy's a complete set of liverys for the unrebuilt merchant navy's as they have the version that could take this livery
