gc4946
In Hornby's brochure, on page 22 they list future LNER and GWR carriages for phases 3 and 4.Composites and brake 3rds are planned for both companies. I'm unclear about which exact types are to be produced.I'm guessing LNER Gresleys will be corridor types - i.e. 4 compartment brake 3rds, and composites. Will their underframes be the earlier "turnbuckle" spindly type or the later angle-iron design? Will the GWR stock be corridor or non-corridor? If they're corridor, are they going to be the bow-ended stock originally introduced in OO?
Going Spare
At this stage, answers to such detailed questions can probably only be answered by Hornby themselves.
