A popup message tells you so... However, open up a proggy like Word or a text editor, drag and drop your text from the thread into that editor. Then do the same in reverse. It works fine.I had the same trouble with the forum software at my college and found that ctl-v was the answer. The block below was pasted from your original post. I added the italic formatting.
