They'll either repair/replace for free, or charge a nominal fee.Another option is to purchase a PC-AUX cable for it. Search for C7042 PC cable and you'll find it, I'm sure. This will let you update the firmware in the base to make it better, as well as to connect it to a PC so that a race management system on the PC can make your racing even more fun and realistic.
