Harold Smith Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 I've just had the experience, not for the first time, of enthusiastically placing an order via the website, only to be told right at the end that my Paypal payment can't be processed (various different messages). After repeatedly trying to place the order over about 48 hours, it eventually went through.Obviously I don't know what the numbers are, but I'd imagine quite a few people who are just making regular purchases (as opposed to using site-only special offers) get fed up and go to ebay or other merchants. Not good for Airfix.I've never seen this problem on another website, but it's happened to me at least three times on Airfix's. I think somebody in the website team needs to have a good look at this.
