mark roberts1707820076
Hi, can my live steam loco be sent back and repaired /serviced at Hornby? Does anyone know who to send it to @ address and roughly what sort of cost to expect? Cost is not an issue, as I really would like to get it running again, but would like an idea of what to expect, cheersJoe
Chrissaf
I would think you will get a much better idea of costs and feasibility asking your question directly to Hornby Customer Care, follow Red Hyperlink for contact details.

Bexhill Donkey
Hornby repaired my Mallard. I emailed them and they sent me a special box to send it to them. It was still under guarantee at that time and the product had not been discontinued. They certainly could repair a live steam loco - so they must be capable of repairing one now, but whether they can do so now and at what cost is the answer you need to find out.
