Art Deco buildings are already produced so the likelyhood of Hornby duplicating them is/should be remote. One cannot expect one manufacteur to make everything as the range would become unworkable and unstockable by the shops. The fact that different people make different things helps keep the hobby interesting. If we all had the same buildings and details it would be mighty boring. You are not quite right there old chap, a Southern signal box is available, yes. Should you require, a Southern Odean style station you are some what stuck.
