There is, I believe, a known problem with early releases of TTS decoders.  Either speak to the supplier for replacement or repair or contact Hornby customer services for advice.

 

There have been a number of posts about problems with the separately available TTS decoders and there is now a firmware update available but the decoders have to be sent back to Hornby for updating.
