Arc Pro Blue tooth problems

On an iPhone 4s or later, the app should automatically connect with the powerbase and that LED goes green. Sometimes it can take a few seconds. I turn on the powerbase first and then launch the app, although that shouldn't really matter.

 

It's worth checking 'settings' on your iPhone that bluetooth is toggled 'on'. Also, if you have a lot of bluetooth devices in the vicinity, you could switch them off - maybe there's some interference going on. Another thing to try is to uninstall the app and download again from the App Store, just in case there was an install error first time round.
