More BR Railfreight?

Dorchester Yard

Recommended Posts

I'm currently building my second layout set as a fictional, BR Railfreight, depot in a wide and open  countryside terrain. I notice Hornby currently does not have a wide variety of the 1980's grey and yellow Railfreight liveries. Which is a shame because i'm really looking for some different Railfreight units to fill the layout. Though i have recently bought a nice Class 37 'metals' Railfreight and am very pleased with it, it is a shame there arent more to choose from.

I hope to see some BR Railfreight soon :)

You do not have to limit yourself to Hornby, there are other manufacturers who make suitable rolling stock. And there is always second-hand and kits to increase your stock.

May I refer you to the Diesel and Electric Modellers United http://www.demu.org.uk/home who cater for your interest and their members frequently come up with excellent models of just the kind if vehicles you need.
