MG Man Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 I recently purchased an R3331 King James 1st DCC ready and separately a Hornby King Class R8109 TTS Sound Digital decoder kit . NO problem removing the tender , plugging in the decoder but I can find no way of getting the tender body back on with the speaker in place - I have removed the tender weight and this may solve theissue but is the tender weight essential - has anyone else tried this and what solutions did you find Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WilliamDavid Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 The round speaker goes between the chassis and the metal 'clamp' plate. If supplied, the small black enclosure is not used.
