NormanQ4 Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 I installed RM on a new laptop a couple of days ago and all was well. I was unable to set up an email address so had to call my ISP.The tech entered the laptop remotely and after some considerable amount of trial and error solved the problem.Now today I am unable to open RM.I have just downloaded the latest version of RM from this page which has made no difference. Chrissaf Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 So even if you (or your ISP tech support) did not go into Windows 'Task Manager' (right click menu option on the bottom Windows task bar) and use the 'Process Tab' to end the running RM process.
