barryhi33
I just purchased some secondhand track and amongst them were two single lane tracks of double length - so like 2 x C7016 in total length.Nothing on Scalextric website so presume no longer made.I have not seen or heard of these before. Andy P.
Very odd. I assume they have Sport connectors?SCX in Spain made a few classic-style connector pieces but in all my research I have never seen any single lanes longer than a half-straight.Can you pots pictures? Are there markings on the bottom? barryhi33
Just out of interest what is the process for showing pictures.Even though pictures usually help I avoid posting them as they take a while to appear. The good folks on here have normally answered any query before the pictures appear.I should say I understand the need to vet images. Andy P.
Ahh... that is the solution... "B" means it is just a standard straight:http://www.janestrains.co.uk/ScalextricTrackCodes.htmlSo someone just cut a standard straight down the middle. The must have done a very good job to make you think it was manufactured that way! When you upload pictures the Forum Admin has to approve them and s/he has to do that for ALL of Hornby's forums so it may take a few hours for it to happen.
