C7057 extension cables

Having trouble finding the digital throttle extension cables,does anyone know if other cables can be used?

I’ve used 2.5mm stereo jack to 2.5mm in-line socket cables. They come in various cable lengths. The only issue is that the plastic covering of the jack plug is usually too thick to fit properly on the powerbase. I shaved down the diameter of the plastic covering, others open up the hole in the plastic case of the powerbase. The extra cable length certainly helps if you have a full grid of six drivers.

And all fuctions work ok?the brake and digital lane switch?

The controllers function as usual. I believe the C7057 cable is a mono cable, but a stereo extention carries mono signals perfectly well.

Using stereo ove rmon means if you happen to get a powerbase with brakes enable the controllers will use them as well.

If you use mono no brakes will work.
