Back in the 70's John Sanders did a lengthy series entitled 8th Army in the Desert which included many Morris conversions. Also in the 70's Chris Ellis did a conversion of the Morris Quad to the 40mm SP AA vehicle. You will also find some in the various Airfix Magazine special books including the 8th Army one and there was one on British soft skin vehicles I think but can't recall the title.
