You will probably get sounds for GE and EMD export models fairly easily.

 

I would suggest contacting someone in SA and asking them. Here is a link to several clubs you could try.

They all model European Railways. I'm looking for someone that knows we're I can find SA DCC but thanks for the help but these club do not do SA model railways
